WISE WOMAN TALISMAN - a personal reminder of your wisest self

Supplies:

small pieces of drift wood

face made out of paper clay

glue - E6000 works best

embellishments - feathers and beads

journal and pen

1.   Create a talisman.

• glue a face to the piece of drift wood
• embellish and/or paint your creation

2.  Ask yourself the following questions:

• What old outdated belief are you holding onto?
• Where did that belief come from?
• What’s the truth about that belief?

3.  Write a letter to your wise woman.  She can be an “inner guide” or a person in your life you look up to.  

• Ask for feedback with regard to you outdated belief or address a particular challenge you are having.
• Using your non-dominant hand respond with an answer from your wise woman.
